This is a matter of exceptional importance requiring you appear in person before the U.S. Supreme Court due to corruption in the U.S. Supreme Court who have denied the right to freedom, abuse of power, & refusing to protect the rights of the accused. An illegal Act by an office holder constitutes political corruption if the Act is directly related to their official duties. The petitioner addressed a Habeas Corpus to former Justice, Sandra Day O'Connor & John Paul Stevens, who have a duty, when addressed by Habeas Corpus, to check the records & if true, release the citizen immediately from the illegal restraint. This is dereliction of duty, abuse of power because the Habeas corpus is guaranteed by the Constitution, & they refuse to protect the rights of the accused. My rights are protected under Article I, sec. 9- powers denied government. This is abuse of power, a power denied government, because the Habeas Corpus is a speedy remedy for citizens held in violation of the Constitution & Laws of the U.S. You as Attorney General, must address President Barack Obama as Chief Executive because he also has failed in his duties to enforce the law under Article II, sec. 3, of the Constitution & could be charged with aiding & abetting a criminal from justice. The unconstitutional State action accurs whether the defendant is Black or White, whether convicted or innocent, a crime has occurred. Below is a detailed description of corruption that has taken place by officials & violations of the code of ethics to keep the crime & corruption by officials a secret so they are not held accountable. Sec. 535 Investigation of crimes involving government officers & employees. (a) The Attorney General & the F.B.I. may investigate any violation of Title 18 involving Government officers & employees.
(b) Any information, allegation, or complaint received in a department or agency of the executive branch of the government relating to violations of Title 18 involving Government officers & employees "shall" meaning must be expeditiously reported to the Attorney General by the head of the Department. ( WHOM EVER RECEIVES THIS MUST GIVE IMMEDIATELY TO ERIC HOLDER, ATTORNEY GENERAL.)
So that we are clear, you need to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court due to corruption in the U.S. Supreme Court, inform President Barack Obama that he needs to address my Petition for Executive Order, & call a Press conference to inform the media & people about the corruption in the U.S. Supreme Court.
